The Guava Dress<\/h1>\n

The <\/span>Guava Dress<\/span><\/strong> was created for <\/span>Charleston Fashion Week 2018<\/span><\/strong> and was inspired by the traditional <\/span>Cuban guayabera<\/span><\/strong> shirt and the delicate beauty of the guava flower. Designed and developed in New York city, the project combined cultural inspiration with contemporary craftsmanship.<\/span><\/p>\n

I led the design process from concept to final garment, collaborating closely with a pleating studio and a sewing company to bring the vision to life. Seeing the finished dress on display was a rewarding experience that reinforced the value of collaboration, attention to detail, and thoughtful design.<\/span><\/p>\n
